• The items for sale on this website are hand-crafted and therefore there may be a small delay between order and dispatch to allow for them to be completed. This delay will allow for designing,decoration and finishing / varnishing (drying time).

• We aim to have your order dispatched to you within 3-5 working days although at times where there is a large order volume there may be a small delay.

• We will e mail you upon receiving your order and advise you of when items will be dispatched. You will then recive an e mail to advise you when the items have been dispatched. You can e mail us if you wish to check on progress.

• Some larger items such as chairs, stools and pine memory boxes can take up to 28 days to dispatch. If you need these items urgently then please e mail us to enquire about the possibility of earlier shipping prior to ordering.

• All delivery prices shown include shipping and packaging for UK delivery.

• For overseas delivery please e mail us prior to ordering so that we can advise you of cost.

• Please be advised that we use recycled packaging wherever possible.

• Weights of items are include packaging.

• Smaller items up to 750g will be sent to you by Royal Mail First Class Packet Service.

• All other items are sent as Standard Parcels.

• Please note that we have added a small amount to the price of postage to allow for packaging.

• First Class Packets should arrive to you within 2 days from dispatch whereby standard Parcel delivery can take between 3-5 working days.

• If you should require Signed Delivery or other specific froms of delivery then please e mail us prior to ordering so that we can give you a quote for item plus P&P.

• As the business grows we hope to be able to use a courier to cut costs but at present we have decided to use Royal Mail delivery to ensure that your goods arrive to you promptly.

• Please note we do not include weekends or Public Holidays when estimating delivery times.

• The times stated are estimates and we do endeavour to have your order completed as quickly as is possible.
